This new build, located off of the Phoenician Golf Resort, features an ample open space that is ever-changing, which is why the homeowners have decided to take their outdoor lighting design in phases. We started the journey by uplighting the exterior wall of trees, foliage, and path lighting around the pool to provide a sense of security at night. With every new addition to their yard, a bocce ball court, fire pit, putting green, we are pleased to design and add to their system as needed. We have since earned their trust in the creative aspect of exterior lighting design, and in turn, an excellent working relationship has formed. The home has changed drastically since we first photographed the property in 2019. We will have more to come of this exquisite home, so keep an eye out here for updated pictures and phases!

Here we had the opportunity to accentuate this impressive home located in Paradise Valley. We combined a series of landscape lighting fixtures to highlight the face of the house, including the FX Luminaire TE fixture. The TE well fixture requires a cylinder core drill into the concrete, which allows for a seamless application from fixture to surface, letting you walk or even drive over it. Core drilling can be an extensive process, but the end results gave us a glowing floor fixture completing the design and allowing the light to flow effortlessly across the front of the home.

This gorgeous modern home located in the heart of Arizona’s Paradise Valley features a large putting green mixed with the natural desert landscaping and water features. We started the elaborate design with downlighting from the tree’s casting shadows against the drive and highlighting the homeowners’ favorite aspects of their yard. The putting green being of most importance, we cross-lit the area with directional lighting with specific detail to placement to ensure no shadowing effects. The surrounding landscaping includes a Brilliance LED Strip Lighting along with the planter and a variety of FXL up light fixtures throughout to highlight the cacti and trees.
